My New Year's resolution was to eat better and exercise more, which I've been sticking to and doing very well. Cutting down on carbs and starches has been one of the toughest hurdles though. Lately I've been jonesing for some potatoes in any form. Be it potato chips, french fries, hash browns, baked potato ... I just love these little suckers!!! But i'm going to stick to my guns and stay on track =)
